Koniag Operations Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Janitor to support KOS and our government customer in Denver Federal Center Lakewood, CO. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position currently paying $20.25 an hr. All benefits are through the CBA. Job Duties Our custodial staff is responsible for keeping an office building clean and orderly. Job duties may include but are not limited to: Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc. Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks Emptying wastebaskets and trash receptacles Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties Washing windows and glass cleaning Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
