FT Janitor / Porter – Erickson Senior Living Location: Chatsworth by Erickson Senior Living, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This facility is on the grounds of the prestigious PGA National. Shift: Full‑time, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Off: Monday & Tuesday. Compensation: $16.00 hourly, commensurate with experience. How You Will Make An Impact Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste. Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups. Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages. Remove trash, refuse and recycling. Maintain hard floor surfaces (scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing) and carpeted surfaces (extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming). What You Will Need Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques (preferred). Ability to safely operate carpet care, hard floor care, trash removal and other cleanliness equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record if driving is required.
