Overview Part-time Cleaner / Janitor role at RamClean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services . Base pay range $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr Shift Days: Wednesdays and Fridays Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Responsibilities Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms Operate cleaning equipment such as Kaivac machines, carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc. Dusting and cleaning with attention to detail Wiping down tables, desks, and counters Vacuuming carpeted areas Mopping hard floors and bathrooms Emptying trash Monitor and stock janitorial supplies Qualifications Commercial cleaning experience Ability to operate cleaning equipment Reliable transportation Willingness to learn and follow instructions Additional information Starting pay: $15 per hour. Increased pay rate is available if you are experienced in floor stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning. Increased pay rate is available for bilingual Spanish / English.
