Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives with efficiency
- Manage demanding calendars and coordinate complex, high-volume scheduling
- Arrange and oversee detailed, multi-leg travel itineraries across domestic and international destinations
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and events
- Handle inbound communications with professionalism, confidentiality, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Process expense reports and monitor reimbursements with precision
- Support office operations and help coordinate team events or special projects
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
