Position: Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant Work Type: Seasonal, with potential for permanent position Expected hours: 40 per week Artbeat Studios, a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is looking for a reliable and hands‑on Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant to support various departments in day‑to‑day operations. This dynamic role involves assisting in shipping and packaging, woodshop support, material pick‑ups and deliveries, and print finishing tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing shipments, including boxing, labeling, and organizing outbound packages. Build custom boxes or wooden crates for specialty shipments when required. Support the woodshop team in material handling, light fabrication tasks, and workspace upkeep. Pick up and drop off supplies, materials, or completed jobs using the company vehicle. Assist in print finishing tasks such as mounting, cutting, and assembling final printed materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and production areas. Help track and restock inventory of shipping and packaging supplies. Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely job completion. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general support across departments as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environments is a plus. Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives. Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day. Capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks. Required Skills Detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Effective listener.
