A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients. An entry level financial analyst typically has a bachelor's degree and experience with budget analysis and financial and investment planning. As the levels progress, the years of experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4. The technical skills, including the ability to provide guidance and consult clients on assets and investments, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 5.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.

Preference on industry background or previous companies worked for
Candidates from big tech companies (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple) with financial experience

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports
Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks
Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and entire industries
Responsibilities This unique opportunity calls for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Finance professional to support financial planning, analysis, & reporting for the Global Technology organization on a contract basis. This includes performing financial analysis and modeling for the entire Technology organization, creating reports and presentations of key financial results and recommendations, and undertaking budgeting & forecasting, month-end close & financial reporting.
Essential Functions
Provide financial planning and analysis support to Client's Global Technology Organization
Build complex financials models and reports, while ensuring data integrity and clearly explaining the methodology and key assumptions to various stakeholders
Revamp the reporting by building scalable financial models using modelling best practices
Assist all finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, and business case development
Develop relevant financial metrics to provide key analytics to Business Partners
Be proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully utilizing available resources and data to achieve insightful analysis
Communicate business implications observed from analysis and contribute ideas and solutions to business challenges/problems
Provide support for areas supported consolidation activities and executive management reporting deliverables
Create standardized and ad hoc reports/decks to provide visibility to actual and planned Technology investments in our strategic priorities
