In this role, you’ll lead sales initiatives within your geographic or account-based territory, target key enterprises to generate new business, and close multiple high-value deals annually. What You’ll Achieve You will orchestrate business development activities across all verticals, drive substantial revenue growth for Epsilon, establish yourself as an industry authority in MarTech and AdTech, and build strong consultative relationships with key decision-makers. Your expertise will enable you to close multiple enterprise sales deals each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position.

Who You Are What you’ll bring with you:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

15+ years of experience in sales roles with substantial exposure to new business development / new logo sales.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading in MarTech / AdTech markets.

Extensive experience leading geographic or account-based territories, generating new business and closing enterprise-level sales.

Expertise in building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner.

Ability to build and deliver tailored sales presentations that address clients’ challenges and showcase the benefits of Epsilon’s solutions.

Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring favorable outcomes for both Epsilon and clients.

Adaptable and forward‑thinking, keeping ahead of industry trends to maintain Epsilon’s leadership.

Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $140,000 – $210,000. In addition, the role may include bonus or incentive compensation eligible, dependent on skills, experience, and location.
