A well-established dental practice in the greater Rochester, NY region is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced providers and recent residency graduates looking to launch or advance their careers in a supportive, high-quality clinical environment.
This role is part of a network of affiliated practices in the Rochester and Webster communities, offering providers the benefit of collaboration, shared resources, and mentorship from experienced clinicians across multiple locations.
Practice Overview
Comprehensive family and restorative dentistry
Strong emphasis on high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience
Modern, tech-forward environment featuring digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CBCT, and same-day capabilities (where applicable)
Skilled hygienists, expanded-function assistants, and a highly supportive administrative team
Mentorship opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of clinical cases across partnering practices
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekend hours
Clinical Focus Includes
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Comprehensive treatment planning
Preventive and periodontal maintenance care
Simple extractions and oral surgery (as comfortable)
Optional endodontics and prosthodontics, based on provider interests
Implant restoration; implant placement available for trained/interested clinicians
Cosmetic dentistry, whitening, and aligner therapy
Opportunities to expand into advanced procedures with structured mentorship
Compensation & Benefits
