Total Compensation Package:

Up to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

Uncapped, starting at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week.

Mentorship Bonuses:

Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses:

Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director

Training & Development: Mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute on treatment outcomes and quality.

Clinical Guidance:

Our BCBAs are guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Continuing Education:

Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, funds for additional training courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

Your Role

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.

Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.

Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
