$140,000–$180,000 base salary + production bonus + sign‑on bonus.

What You’ll Do
Provide thoughtful, effective medical care and lead with empathy
Work up cases with access to diagnostics including in‑house lab, radiology, and more
Manage your time and your team with support from helpful protocols and SOAP‑based systems
Take ownership of your cases while collaborating with a team that values shared knowledge
Prioritize urgent care and help patients when they need it most
Build strong, lasting client relationships and educate them on preventive care
What We’re Looking For
A licensed DVM in good standing in the state of California
Someone who thrives in a team environment and genuinely wants to make a difference
Strong communicator with solid clinical judgment and a compassionate heart
