Registered Veterinary Technician
to our Los Gatos team! Our holistic, integrative practice blends high-quality medical care with a deeply empathetic approach to patient comfort and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad who is eager to learn, grow, and receive hands‑on mentorship in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will begin by assisting with appointments, patient treatments, and client education as you build confidence in your clinical skills. As you advance, you will receive dedicated training in surgical support, anesthesia, and dentistry, with opportunities to expand your skill set at a pace that fits your development. If you enjoy working closely with clients, collaborating with a compassionate team, and practicing mindful, whole‑pet care, we would love to meet you!
Schedule & Availability This is a full‑time position with four 10‑hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. We also ask each team member to support
two weekend shifts per year
to assist with annual and mid‑year inventory.
Full‑time benefits and compensation**:
Compensation: $28‑32 per hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus package: $2000
CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure
Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA option and choice of United Healthcare or Kaiser Permanente

Minimum qualifications:
Current Registered Veterinary Technician License in the state of California
Fear Free Certification is a plus!
