Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Admissions Representative position located in Brooklyn, NY. The Admissions Representative will play a pivotal role in student recruitment and enrollment processes. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students, providing detailed program information, conducting interviews, assisting with application processes, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will build professional relationships with potential students and guide them in understanding their educational and career pathways at MSCT.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective students and colleagues
Strong communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication
Customer service skills with a focus on addressing inquiries and providing helpful guidance
Experience or skills in sales and the ability to promote educational programs
Ability to train and educate prospective students about program options and requirements
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Familiarity with educational or admissions processes is a plus
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are advantageous
