As a Showing Agent, you will assist buyers, host open houses, manage showing schedules, and learn to support clients with consistency and professionalism. You will gain direct exposure to proven systems, daily mentorship, and the processes that productive agents use to build relationships and close transactions.
Responsibilities
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Coordinate and attend on‑site property inspections with clients so the process is smooth and timely
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Qualifications
Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Professional in attitude and appearance
Ability to use or quickly learn real‑estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
