Job Description Job Summary Senior Director, Corporate Functions-IT (G&A)

leads the strategic planning, delivery, and support of IT solutions across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement. This role requires collaboration with Envista’s senior business leaders, internal/external IT resources, and managed service providers to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with Envista’s enterprise goals.

This role requires a visionary leader with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. The ideal candidate must also have deep expertise in Record-to-Report and its subprocesses, ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle preferred), SLA and KPI monitoring, service quality assessments, continuous improvement and innovation, and solution delivery via application managed services.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Define and implement the IT roadmap for G&A, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and enterprise architecture.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary IT liaison for G&A leaders, translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Program & Project Oversight:

Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and measurable outcomes.

Vendor & MSP Management:

Supervise managed service providers and technology vendors, ensuring service quality, performance, and compliance.

Innovation & Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Governance & Compliance:

Ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and audit standards in collaboration with InfoSec and Legal teams.

Team Leadership (indirect):

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

B.A./B.S. in Finance/Accounting, IT, Business, or related experience required. Advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global environments, including 5+ years delivering enterprise solutions.

Proven experience managing enterprise apps (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Concur, Workday, Ariba, Coupa, Lawson, MS-Dynamics, etc.).

Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools and IT service management frameworks.

Location :

Brea, CA

Extensive experience in Life Sciences, especially medical devices, or other regulated industries highly desirable.

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
