Afternoon: Attend a local networking event, such as a chamber of commerce meeting or a tech meetup. Use our “Event‑to‑Gamma” strategy to turn conversations into valuable content and leads.
Evening: Host the casual

for the Boulder‑Denver community, creating a loyal following and a consistent source of leads.
What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for a “perfect resume.” We’re looking for the right person—someone who connects naturally. Ideal backgrounds include sales, community building, journalism, podcasting, recruiting, or partnerships. You must be naturally curious, professionally inquisitive, and enjoy helping people articulate ideas or solve problems.

A 6‑Month On‑Ramp: $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4‑6.
Uncapped Earning Potential: After the on‑ramp, move to a straight commission model with 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, ~$5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers.
