About The Role As the

Head of Credits and Tax Incentives , you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing government incentive programs that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth in the AI infrastructure and data center industry. You’ll drive strategies to capture state, local, and international financial incentives, while assisting in building and maintaining a world‑class compliance program. This role is highly cross‑functional and impactful, working closely with leadership teams to unlock value and efficiency in every region where CoreWeave operates.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include

Oversee the sourcing, application, and execution of incentive programs, such as state sales tax exemptions and real property tax abatements at the local level.

Partner across Finance, Operations, and People teams to gather required documentation and ensure timely submission of applications.

Represent the company in discussions with state and local government officials to advocate for and advance incentive initiatives.

Advise leadership and operational teams on incentive utilization and compliance.

Manage outside counsel and subject matter experts to support incentive strategy and reporting.

Build frameworks for identifying and capturing incentives in new U.S. and international markets.

Who You Are

10+ years of relevant tax experience, with a focus on state and local data center incentive programs, including sales and use tax exemptions and real estate and property tax abatements.

Proven record of success in identifying, securing, and managing government incentives.

Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks governing state and local incentive programs.

Experience managing teams and complex multi‑stakeholder projects.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with government entities.

Experience with commercial and financial deal structures.

Proficiency in maintaining compliance programs and reporting frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field required.

Preferred

Experience with non‑U.S. tax systems and incentive programs in Canada, the United Kingdom, or European Union member states.

Prior experience supporting large‑scale or data center operations.

Background in public‑private partnerships, economic development, or tax consulting.

What We Offer The base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $285,000. The total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
