About the job Call for Screenwriter – Action Thriller Prequel Project
Project Title: Law Abiding Citizens
Format: Feature Film (Prequel to Law Abiding Citizen)
Genre/Tone: Gritty action‑thriller, grounded realism (Sicario meets Zero Dark Thirty).
Logline: Before Clyde Shelton became a vengeful mastermind, he was a covert engineer of justice — recruited into black‑ops missions to dismantle cartels and criminal empires across the globe. But as he orchestrates systemic takedowns with surgical precision, Clyde discovers that the governments pulling his strings are just as corrupt as the enemies he’s sent to destroy.
What We’re Looking For
A screenwriter with experience in crime, espionage, or action thrillers.
Ability to write realistic, tactical sequences while keeping the story character‑driven and morally complex.
Someone open to collaboration — I’ll provide a detailed treatment, but I want the script to evolve creatively with your input.
Compensation
Paid position (rate negotiable, based on experience).
Credit will be given as Co‑Writer or Screenwriter depending on the arrangement.
Opportunity for continued collaboration on future installments (franchise potential).
