COO/CFO - Manufacturing Industry
Location: Alpharetta
Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 per annum plus incentives based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COO/CFO to join our team. The successful candidate will have a heavy focus on operations, manufacturing, finance, and HR, and will play a critical role in driving the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations and manufacturing functions of the company, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively
Manage the company's financials, including preparing and analyzing P&L statements
Lead and manage the HR team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial reportingCollaborate with other department heads to develop and implement company strategy
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma processes improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on operations and finance
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting
Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
