Description
UNC Family Medicine at Hedingham is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine). This clinic provides the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and the ability to make a difference in patient's lives. This position is open to both new and experienced physicians.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted NC medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Interest in working with a medically complex adult population
Experience and interest in working with mental health in a primary care setting is a plus
DEA, ACLS, BCLS certification preferred
Services Include
Preventive healthcare
Sick care
Physicals
Immunizations
Women’s health
Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma
Screening tests
Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
