Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a result‑driven commercial construction project manager with 5 years of experience organizing, supervising, scheduling, and planning multiple multi‑million‑dollar commercial projects. The right candidate will manage the administrative and technical aspects of a project, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure projects are completed on time and under budget while maintaining client and community interests.
What You’ll Do Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement all tasks necessary to complete projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Provide mentorship to assistant project managers, liaison between project teams and community, negotiate contracts, handle change orders, and establish project objectives with senior leadership.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (experience may substitute).
Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience on projects $10M+.
Current PMP or CCM certifications.
OSHA 30 certification.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community.
Travel may be required.
What We Offer
Salary $100,000 - $130,000 plus up to 10% discretionary bonus.
