Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Technical Project Manager

to design, develop, and manage our organization’s data architecture & the Data Team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our data systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. You will ++build, develop and lead a team of data engineers, application developers, testers, Devops and analysts++, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions. You will also work closely with software developers and business stakeholders to define data standards, develop integration strategies, and ensure governance and data quality.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Relevant experience as a Technical Manager, must have the Media and Entertainment domain

Design, architect, and implement scalable data warehouse solutions using cloud technologies like Snowflake or Google BigQuery.

5 years of experience in designing data warehouse solutions, writing complex SQL queries, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting development.

4 years of experience in programming languages like Python.

3 years of experience in designing solutions for structured and unstructured data, using cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google Big Query), and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).

Experience in digital advertising technologies, including ad serving, analytics, DSP, DMP, SSP, QA, targeting, and related tools.

Strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills, including designing dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.

Develop ETL and ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.

Build storage solutions for structured and unstructured data to support data science pipelines.

Work with cloud platforms primarily Google Cloud Platform to build and maintain scalable data solutions.

Develop reporting solutions using tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. (as BI)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, improve performance, and integrate new technologies as required.

Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for data architecture, development, and governance.

Plan and prioritize team tasks, manage workloads, and support skill development through coaching and feedback.

Customer facing experience in day-to-day business and deliverables with the technical team.

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to data infrastructure and team processes.
