Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical care and client service.
Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinarians, including recent graduates.
Collaborate with local teams to enhance efficiency, workflows, and client satisfaction.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
Assist with practice operations, scheduling, and performance review.
Promote compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in Florida)
3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
