Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Lead to lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes and design of new business processes. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases. You'll also facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day management of the functional ServiceNow designers and change management team.
Lead requirement activities.
Lead the functional design activities.
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
Experience leading a small team of business analysts.
Bonus points if you have
Experience developing AGILE user stories.
Writing functional test scripts.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI is required.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is
$108,400—$203,400 USD . Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
