Job Summary & Qualifications CT X‑Ray Technologist (PRN). Responsible for all CT and X‑Ray procedures including basic x‑rays, fluoroscopy, C‑Arms & OR procedures, and portables. Works independently with patients from newborns to older adults. Provides quality patient care and adheres to Joint Commission regulations. Cross‑training in additional modalities may be required.
Responsibilities
Perform CT and X‑Ray procedures with solid to expert knowledge.
Communicate and work independently across modalities.
Prioritize and promote quality patient care to support the facility’s mission, vision, and values.
Maintain technical documentation and facility standards in line with Joint Commission regulations.
Demonstrate independent critical thinking and accountability.
Qualifications
Registered technologist with current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT (CT) – certification required.
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
Graduate of a 24‑month AMA‑approved School of Radiologic Technology.
One year diagnostic experience; CT experience preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start.
Valid ARRT-CT and ARRT-R credentials.
Flight‑qualified and adherent to safety standards.
No travel required. No experience required beyond the qualifications listed.
