Client Service Professional/Receptionist (Seasonal)

About the Role
As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future. You will:
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients according to their preferred times
Ensure all client needs have been met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and keep resources organized with team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Eligibility & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
Your Expertise
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Ability to multi‑task
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
