Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
Sales/marketing experience is a plus.
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous customer‑service experience.
Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients according to their preferences.
Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
