We are seeking a highly organized
Program Manager
to oversee and drive all phases of our
custom projects . This person will ensure every project stays on track—from initial concept and engineering collaboration, to prototyping, tooling, production, and delivery.
The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with
engineering, sales, product development, factories, and suppliers worldwide , keeping timelines tight and communication smooth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys orchestrating multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Own end-to-end timelines for all custom product programs.
Track milestones across engineering, prototyping, mold development, and mass production.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and flag risks or delays early.
Maintain detailed project trackers, status reports, and customer updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on drawings, revisions, testing, and approvals.
Work with sales to confirm customer requirements and communication flow.
Coordinate with factories and suppliers (China, Taiwan, U.S.) on materials, tooling, and production updates.
Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, overseas partners, and customers.
Quality, Testing & Documentation
Oversee sample cycles: concept samples, prototypes, EVT/DVT/PVT, and pre-production units.
Review quality checks, testing feedback, and required adjustments.
Ensure documentation is accurate: BOMs, drawings, packaging specs, timeline changes, etc.
Operational Alignment
Align program schedules with purchasing and logistics teams for production forecasting and shipments.
Support cost discussions, MOQ requirements, and lead-time planning.
Make sure all internal teams are aligned and informed.
Customer & Partner Management
Provide customers with organized, clear project updates.
Manage expectations on timelines, changes, and deliverables.
Build strong relationships with key partners and suppliers.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in
program management
,
product development
,
hardware projects
, or
operations .
Experience working with overseas factories (China/Taiwan) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes (tooling, mold building, prototyping).
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
Proficiency with project management tools (Sheets, Monday, Asana, etc.).
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and proactive problem solver.
