Job function: Business Development and Sales
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and operational support to mission-oriented business programs.
Support program planning, coordination, and execution of high-visibility projects across diverse stakeholders.
Lead task management and performance tracking to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct research, data analysis, and assessments to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Draft, edit, and review reports, policies, presentations, and correspondence to support clear and consistent communication.
Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting summaries, and status updates for leadership review.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking.
Support the development and implementation of performance metrics and reporting processes.
Manage content and documents using SharePoint or other content management systems.
Contribute to organizational change management, process improvement, and strategic planning efforts.
Maintain oversight of program deliverables, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management support, business analysis, task management, or communications within a federal or highly regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to support complex, mission-oriented programs and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and materials.
Knowledge of performance management, organizational change management, and process optimization practices.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint (including site customization and document management).
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a government security clearance.
Preferred Skills
Federal experience preferred.
Experience writing and editing professional communications such as reports, newsletters, and presentations.
Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and federal program processes.
Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple government agencies or complex task orders.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
DHS/CBP experience preferred.
