Big Law background preferred, but not required
Focus on experience and results, not law school pedigree

What They Offer
Billable Requirement:
1,800 hours minimum, with incentive‑based bonus plans for productivity and realization rate
Flexible Work Environment:
No strict in‑office policy; hybrid preferred (Tues‑Thurs)
Compensation:
$120–$160K base, open to higher for outstanding candidates; competitive bonus structure
Career Growth:
All associates are on a partnership track (2‑tier: non‑equity with bonus, equity after some time)
