Supply Chain Manager – Instawork Robotics
Join us as the Supply Chain Manager for Instawork Robotics, leading the planning, procurement, and logistics of specialized hardware used for robotics data capture.
Who You Are
A supply chain professional with at least 4 years of experience managing logistics or supply chain planning for a global product company.
A problem-solver who anticipates bottlenecks and ensures smooth operations.
A builder who develops new suppliers and global distribution networks without a standard playbook.
An innovator who thrives on ambiguity and works at startup speed.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in hardware logistics at an early- or mid-stage startup.
Experience with material planning or hardware operations management.
What You’ll Do
Vendor relationship management – Identify and onboard new suppliers, manage existing hardware vendors.
Procurement – Purchase inventory and manage inbound logistics.
Logistics – Manage distribution of equipment to our distributed workforce in the US and APAC regions.
Prototyping – Source products and partners for rapid prototype development as we research new data collection hardware.
Analyze performance – Monitor and communicate the performance of our distribution network by tracking key metrics and summarizing insights.
For CA Based Applicants
The base salary for this position is between $100k and $140k.
Equity in the form of stock options.
