Job Description: We’re looking for a (Human) Member of Technical Staff specializing in backend engineering. We’re seeking sharp engineers who value high‑quality code, thrive in collaborative teams, and are excited by rapid innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling
Ship user‑facing features end‑to‑end (from data model to API to UI)
Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack
Collaborate closely with design, ops, and risk/compliance to ship safe, compliant features
Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussions
Help evolve our engineering standards and product development process
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of full time professional, non‑internship experience in full‑stack or backend engineering
Experience with backend development (Python, Go)
Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience with LLM/AI‑powered products, event‑driven systems, or data pipelines
Security, privacy, and auditing best practices
Bonus points if you were an ex‑founder
