A key leadership position within the Boston College Companions: Fellows for Leadership and Service—a newly established intergenerational, lifelong learning initiative rooted in the Jesuit tradition.

We are seeking a

strong, seasoned recruiter

who excels in building high-quality talent pipelines, cultivating meaningful candidate relationships, and leading mission‑aligned recruitment strategies. This individual will play a central role in shaping each cohort of Fellows—accomplished professionals engaged in purpose exploration, discernment practices, and spiritual growth. The Associate Director will oversee recruitment, admission, and onboarding processes while also supporting marketing, communications, and alumni engagement efforts that advance this innovative program.

Base pay range $77,950.00/yr - $97,450.00/yr

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Selection

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic and international Fellows, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

Build, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of mission‑driven candidates through targeted recruitment strategies and personalized engagement.

Oversee the logistics of the application review process including dossier preparation, interview coordination, and communication workflows.

Provide exceptional service and guidance to prospective Fellows, ensuring a supportive, informative, and values‑aligned candidate experience.

Programming & Onboarding

Develop and implement recruitment programming and yield strategies to enroll a diverse and high‑caliber cohort of Fellows.

Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding calendar and resource set to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition into the program.

Partner with the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) for international Fellow support and collaborate with travel partners for the annual Pilgrimage.

Marketing & Communications

Coordinate marketing and communication initiatives for the program, including content development, website management, outreach materials, and event promotion.

Serve as the program’s primary web content coordinator, ensuring that all online materials are compelling, accurate, and mission‑aligned.

Data & Systems Management

Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Slate CRM system, including application processing, report generation, workflow optimization, and communication campaigns.

Ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting to support enrollment planning and program evaluation.

Alumni Engagement

Establish and maintain an alumni council to foster ongoing community connections among Fellows.

Collaborate with program alumni to develop resources, mentorship opportunities, and programming that support current and future cohorts.

Resource Development

Work with the Director to curate and maintain a suite of academic, spiritual, and personal development resources that reflect Jesuit values.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $77,950-$97,450; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a

recruiter , talent sourcer, or program manager, preferably in higher education or lifelong learning settings.

Strong understanding of Jesuit values and commitment to mission‑driven, purpose‑centered education.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Slate preferred) and data management.

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, organizational, and project‑management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience working with diverse and international populations is preferred.
