Manager, Learning to Work (LTW) – Manhattan Join CAMBA as a Program Manager for Learning to Work (LTW), a community-based organization offering integrated services to nearly 80,000 clients in New York City.

Overview LTW provides high‑school diploma and vocational training to students ages 15‑21 who are over‑aged for grade, under‑credited, or have spent at least one year in another high school. Each student receives career counseling, college preparatory activities, and supportive services from a Young Adult Career Advisor and Internship Developer.

Responsibilities

Work with direct reporting staff to set staff performance targets in accordance with contract requirements.

Develop and document all program activities and oversee program operations.

Coordinate and supervise programmatic activities, conduct client and program progress reviews, and analyze program and demographic data to make improvements.

Manage direct reporting program staff, prepare performance appraisals, review time sheets, and sign and review purchase requisition forms for accuracy.

Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of contract reports and statistical information for CAMBA management and funder use.

Respond to emergencies outside regular business hours and report any incident that might subject CAMBA to liability.

Participate in staff, funder, and outside agency meetings as requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) and two years of applicable experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Must obtain and maintain Department of Education fingerprint clearance.

Experience working with high‑school aged youth.

Preferred license in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields (LMSW, LCSW, MHC).

Compensation $73,000 annually.
