Learn more at www.dminc.com About The Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid- Level Hardware Support Technician to join us. Duties And Responsibilities Perform hardware maintenance and repairs for government-owned and furnished equipment, ensuring compliance with CDC standards and federal property management procedures. Obtain necessary approvals for non-warranty repairs, coordinating staging, shipping, and installation for warranty and non-warranty repair logistics. Inspect repaired items to ensure functionality and accuracy, updating ticket information in ServiceNow. Provide packing and crating services for equipment shipped for vendor repairs and coordinate with OSSAM for secure shipping and handling. Perform repairs on server hardware, including network file servers, application servers, and database servers, across geographically dispersed CDC data centers. Adhere to CDC security protocols and promptly report any discrepancies, damages, or irreparable items. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field plus 5 -7 years of experience, or Master of Information Technology or related field plus 3 - 5 years of experience, or PhD plus 0 - 2 years of experience Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position .
