face of Oola Bowls
in Lynnfield — inspire team members and customers every day Hire, train, and motivate a crew of rockstar slingers Ensure every bowl, blend, and customer experience meets our high Oola standards Manage schedules, inventory, and store operations like a pro Get creative with local marketing and community engagement Keep the energy high, the music on point, and the workspace fun and efficient What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in food service or retail management Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for wellness, customer service, and building a strong team culture Reliable, organized, and cool under pressure Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced (and fruity) environment Free Oola Bowls (yes, you read that right) Opportunities to grow with a fast‑expanding brand Fun, supportive team atmosphere Health & wellness vibes all day If you’re ready to lead with heart and help us bring the Oola energy to Lynnfield, apply today!
