What Our GMs Do
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities
Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers
Set clear expectations and coach your team with generosity and consistency
Deliver hospitality rooted in curiosity and care, transforming everyday moments into moments of wonder for guests and teammates
Use data and insights to drive results in sales, labor, and guest experience
Navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and help your team grow with clarity and compassion
Strengthen community relationships and represent Salt & Straw as a thoughtful, generous presence in your neighborhood
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the success and sustainability of your shop

Have 3+ years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience

Are 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
