Responsibilities
Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems.
Define product direction and leverage technical skills to deliver the best solution.
Engage across the entire software lifecycle with cross‑functional teams.
Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering quality.
Create reusable application components and patterns from business and technical perspectives.
Use Java, .NET, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure services.
Mentor teammates to help them reach their full potential.
Share best practices and continuously improve processes within and across teams.
What you will need
Advanced programming experience in at least two modern languages (Java, .NET, C++, Python, or C#) and object‑oriented design.
Proven understanding of micro‑services architecture and extensible REST APIs.
Experience designing architecture, patterns, reliability, and scalability for new and existing systems.
Advanced knowledge of DevOps concepts and cloud architecture.
Advanced understanding of Azure DevOps, operational frameworks, and PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of Azure portal and Data Center services.
Proficiency with security protocols (Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, etc.) and Azure networking.
Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and continuous delivery with infrastructure as code.
Strong algorithmic and data‑structure skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability.
Adaptability to fast, startup‑like environments.
Familiarity with full software development life cycle tooling.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of architecture and design experience.
3+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
2+ years in open‑source frameworks.
Excellent problem‑solving, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable to fast‑paced work environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Annual Salary $100,000.00 - $215,000.00 (general guideline; final salary depends on experience, education, location, and market conditions).
