The Trial Attorney will handle catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include trial prep and trial. This is an opportunity to pick up a high‑value case group. Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance at depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Tennessee Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Trial experience required Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits
