Principal Strategy and Operations Manager, US Marketing and Customer Growth Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Operations to support US Marketing and Customer Growth. The role focuses on developing long-term strategy and executing growth programs across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

Overview We’re looking for creative problem solvers with a bias for action, the ability to connect dots between diverse information sources, and a strong desire to drive tangible business impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior leaders, and help GBSG achieve strategic and financial goals. The position prefers Mountain View, CA but can be remote.

Responsibilities

Lead internal strategic projects and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance.

Leverage data analysis and reporting skills to provide actionable insights, measure performance, and guide strategic decision-making.

Partner with sponsors and accountable leaders to shape initiative-level strategy, defining end-to-end experience outcomes and overall goals.

Work across cross-functional mission teams to enable work, set pace, and surface blockers needing resolution or escalation.

Build and maintain strong relationships across Intuit and GBSG leadership to ensure holistic thinking across business segments and functions.

Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow, run and facilitate business reviews and planning meetings.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or finance.

Proven track record implementing new systems and processes within a large matrixed organization.

Ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into a cohesive narrative and build presentations for senior leaders.

Experience driving large complex programs in coordination with a variety of cross-functional leaders.

Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.

High attention to detail, strong project management background, and proven ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment.

FinTech and/or SaaS experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. The expected base pay range is: $241,000.00 – $361,400.00 annually.
