School Health Office LPN Contract Details: $30-$32 an hour Full time float school nurse, will work daily to cover schools where there is a coverage need or may work in conjunction with another nurse for support Schedule follows the school district calendar Nurse will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office Duties will include but are not limited to: Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings Promoting education and wellness initiatives Requirements: New York LPN License American Heart Association BLS Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting Supplemental Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled/veterans.
