An outstanding, full‑time opening is available for a
Construction Chief Estimator
to join a highly stable
company
that has experience estimating excavating, civil work or similar construction work. This is a terrific opportunity offering a lucrative base salary, company vehicle, bonuses, plus a

Develop and manage all responsibilities and processes of the estimating department.
Construct, verify and submit all RFI and RFP Requests.
Review and sign‑off on all bids over the specified threshold prior to submission.
Establish the cost baseline, job allocation terms, and job reports based on budget vs. actual.
Train PMs and Sales Personnel in the area of overlap with the estimating department.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
Minimum 3 years
of experience
managing & training Estimators
Experience
estimating excavation, dirt work, environmental, utilities, transmission, power distribution, pipeline or civil work
Experience writing
estimating standards and processes or the capability to do so .
