Global Operation s. You’ll gain hands‑on experience through

high-impact projects , benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.

What you can look forward to: During your Global Graduate Programme:

You will dive into different functions at Origgio Site and areas within Global Operations (GO), especially Engineering & Maintenance, Manufacturing, Packaging, Opex, Quality departments and many more areas of Global Operations with assignments in our Production Sites abroad, to learn about our operating model, key processes and GO Strategy

Your projects and tasks will be diverse and mostly with global impact and you will have plenty of chances to present your results to the senior leaders of Global Operations: project examples can be the implementation of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pilot on selected production lines to optimize maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime during a rotation at Origgio Site

You will actively work on your development and your own career path, while being guided and supported by your mentor

You will participate in global trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual program

Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network

What makes you a great fit: To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

An excellent degree (or soon‑to‑be) in Engineering disciplines (i.e. Mechanical, Automation and Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or related fields)

Fluency both in English and Italian

First professional experience or hands‑on university projects in operations (e.g. through internships) with continuous improvement mindset, an experience abroad will be considered a plus

Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can‑do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day

Strong analytical skills and the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader in our company
