Job Classification:Sales - SalesAs a Divisional Sales Leader, you will be fully responsible for all sales related activity and strategy for the Division and Channel. Will serve as a member of the Prudential Annuities Sales Leader team and will partner with the National Sales Manager in the development of the Annuity sales strategy for the Advisor Channel. As a leader, you will manage, coach and develop a team of External Wholesalers. Further, this role has influence in organizational initiatives and decisions related to product and pricing, sales strategy, etc.The Employee Work Arrangement for this position is virtual, but employees must reside within the assigned territory. Substantial travel within the territory is required, and employees are expected to attend any mandatory onsite or offsite meetings and trainings as needed. The Employee Work Arrangement is determined by the business and may be changed or adjusted at any time to meet business needs.**What You’ll Do****Lead Sales Strategy & Execution*** Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy for the Advisor Channel West, driving growth and market share.* Use data-driven insights to optimize sales practices, territory management, and resource allocation.* Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Product, and Compliance to deliver innovative solutions and adapt to market trends.* Stay ahead of industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities and threats.**Influence & Relationship Building*** Build and nurture relationships with key partners, senior leaders, and centers of influence within Prudential Advisors and beyond.* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and external wholesalers, supporting their business growth and facilitating new product launches.* Represent the division in enterprise-wide initiatives, providing strategic input on product development, pricing, and distribution.**Organizational Leadership*** Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of External Wholesalers, fostering a culture of accountability and open communication.* Design and execute a robust talent strategy focused on skill development, succession planning, and performance management.* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring the division attracts and retains top talent.**Deliver Impact*** Drive measurable sales growth and market expansion through effective leadership and strategic execution.* Manage divisional budgets and resources with discipline, ensuring operational efficiency.* Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and high performance.**What You’ll Bring*** Proven ability to analyze market and territory trends, crafting strategies that drive results.* Success in translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans for territory optimization.* Expertise in coaching, talent development, and building impactful relationships.* Deep understanding of the annuities industry and competitive landscape.* Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of influencing organizational direction.* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6-8 years in sales leadership, preferably in financial services.* Required licenses: Series 6, 63, 65 or 66; Series 26 within 90 days.* Willingness to relocate within the division’s geographic footprint.#LI-MG1# **What we offer you:**# * **Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.*** **Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave of absences, such as parental and military leave.*** 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%).* Company-funded pension plan.* **Wellness Programs**including up to $1,600 a year for reimbursement of items purchased to support personal wellbeing needs.* **Work/Life Resources** to help support topics such as parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, emotional and mental health, and career development.* **Education Benefit** to help finance traditional college enrollment toward obtaining an approved degree and many accredited certificate programs.* **Employee Stock Purchase Plan:** **Shares** can be purchased at 85% of the lower of two prices (Beginning or End of the purchase period), after one year of service.Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
