\***Your Challenge*** Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, management and administration of company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation. Typical contracts include long-term supply of goods and services, software licenses and non-disclosure agreements.* Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. (60%)* Facilitate effective implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements, including preparation of contractual notices and variations to contract.* Provide support to program manager and supply chain management team on more complex bids that may require integrating proposals from subcontractors and other potential vendors.* Provides regular reporting to senior management on contract issues.
(30%)* Interpret and apply contracts policies and ensure consistent execution. Manage the formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices and performance standards for division/product areas and programs. (10%)**What You Bring:*** Bachelor's degree (law degree preferred).* 7-10 years of contract management experience (preferably in supply of goods, construction, or IT services) .
