The Bramcolm team is seeking a

Solution Architect

who will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design, prototype, and evaluate highly scalable solutions for mission-critical systems. We’re looking for a collaborative problem-solver who values input from others and can communicate complex technical topics with clarity across diverse teams. Partner with engineers, business leaders, and operations teams to design solutions that meet critical operational and business requirements Shape and guide the architecture vision for client engagements, creating practical roadmaps that balance innovation with operational needs Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that support organizational objectives and long-term sustainability Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical architectures Make strategic technology decisions that align with business goals and industry best practices Build and share prototypes and proofs-of-concept that bring new ideas to life Evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability to client challenges Conduct technical spikes to validate architectural approaches Demonstrate feasibility and value of proposed solutions through working examples Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Coach teams on cloud-ready and data-driven practices, helping them adopt modern tools and approaches Guide engineering teams so that architecture translates into working, scalable solutions Bridge the gap between vision and execution through hands‑on technical leadership Mentor developers and junior architects on architectural principles and best practices Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Communicate and simplify complex architectural designs for both technical and non‑technical audiences Use visual models, diagrams, and clear storytelling to convey architectural concepts Collaborate with peers, vendors, and client teams to deliver integrated solutions Facilitate architecture review sessions and design discussions Build consensus among diverse stakeholders on architectural direction Connect architecture to real‑world delivery through modern tools including CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and development platforms Ensure alignment with technology standards, governance frameworks, and security requirements Apply hands‑on experience with programming languages and modern development practices Promote DevOps culture and practices across development teams Design for observability, maintainability, and operational excellence Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap development Ensure solution architectures align with broader enterprise architecture principles Document architectural decisions, patterns, and standards Support architecture governance processes Balance technical debt management with feature delivery Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

Significant experience

(typically

8+ years ) in software engineering and solution/enterprise architecture Proven track record

of shaping and delivering modern technology solutions in production environments Strong design and problem‑solving skills

with demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges Background in solving architecture challenges

within complex, regulated, or mission‑critical environments such as: Energy and utilities Financial services Healthcare Telecommunications Government and public sector Or similar high‑stakes industries

Technical Skills

Hands‑on experience

connecting architecture to real‑world delivery through: Modern CI/CD tools and practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) Programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) Cloud services and platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Microservices and distributed systems architectures

Strong understanding

of: Cloud‑native architecture patterns API design and integration patterns Data architecture and data management strategies Security architecture and secure design principles Scalability and performance optimization High availability and disaster recovery

Enterprise architecture certifications

Agile and modern practices certifications

Security certifications

such as: CISSP or similar security credentials Cloud security certifications

Additional Experience

Experience with specific technology stacks : .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or modern application frameworks Event‑driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) NoSQL and SQL database technologies Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation)

Domain expertise
