Overview We are looking to fill several full‑time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for working with clients.

This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. It is a full‑time opportunity with advancement potential for the right person to manage campaigns, client expectations, and oversee staff as needed.

You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with healthcare contracts and other practice management needs. You will receive career development support and potential bonuses. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and Microsoft & Apple products is required.

Responsibilities

Finding and engaging new clients and retaining them for the long term

Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base

Working with clients to make the right decisions regarding medical agreements and healthcare cost‑management needs

Developing and maintaining healthy, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers

Managing your time effectively to excel in a multi‑faceted role

Any other duties reasonably requested

Experience and Skills

Minimum one year working in sales or customer service

Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals

Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills
