A well-established, privately owned small animal practice in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join its compassionate, experienced team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver thorough medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats
Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients, supporting strong, long-term relationships
Partner with talented technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of practice
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-driven work environment
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
Eligibility for Maryland veterinary licensure
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Interest in mentorship and continuous learning; new graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range of $130,000–$180,000 annually
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Three weeks paid time off plus paid company holidays
Three days of CE leave with a continuing education stipend
Paid Maryland and DEA licensing fees
Paid professional association dues
AVMA PLIT coverage
