Your mission Ready to take on a role with real impact? You’ll be the go‑to expert for contract management, legal topics, and compliance, while driving internal improvements and supporting key projects. With your sharp eye for detail, you ensure smooth processes, clear guidance, and practical solutions across the business.
Responsibilities
You advise and support internal business units in contract management, in particular in the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts
You proactively support internal process improvements
You will revise and supplement sample contracts, create checklists and participate in working groups
You organize shareholders’ general meetings
You manage independently internal projects or represent the legal topics in such projects
You ensure the implementation of internal and external compliance and other regulatory requirements
You conduct internal training and workshops
You deal with legal issues and implement solutions
Your profile
Successfully completed master’s degree in law, ideally supplemented by a bar exam
About 3 to 5 years of professional experience as in‑house counsel or similar function
Desirable is an in‑depth knowledge of the construction sector or a high affinity for this area
Business‑oriented, independent and structured work with a high‑quality awareness
Mother tongue German, business fluent in English, French advantageous
Working at Spie
