General Manager
with a passion for exceptional service in San Diego's finest dining establishment. Responsibilities
Drive profitability and ensure system compliance with full P&L responsibility. Build a talented team through effective hiring and development. Enhance sales by providing outstanding guest experiences, fostering repeat business. Communicate effectively with team and supervisors; personal organization is essential. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in high-volume, fine-dining, or upscale restaurant management, preferably in a steakhouse. Knowledge of health and sanitation laws at local, state, and federal levels. Strong organizational, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills. Team player capable of taking and providing direction. Benefits
Competitive salary ($130,000 - $140,000). Benefits package including vacation and growth opportunities. 3 weeks PTO in the first year, with an additional week in the second year.
