and follows a hybrid model of one day a week in the office. What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the lifecycle management of the firm’s networking portfolio, delivering a stable, secure, and scalable technology environment. Lead the design and implementation of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks. Manage day-to-day data center operations and infrastructure maintenance, collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation such as diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with security and IT teams to align infrastructure standards and support broader objectives. Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, security, and reliability. Provide Tier 3 support in a 24x7 environment for both on-premises and cloud systems. Work with security teams to integrate infrastructure with security technologies. Lead capacity planning and system optimization initiatives. Perform routine maintenance, security audits, upgrades, and performance enhancements. Identify and resolve infrastructure issues proactively. Support application teams throughout project lifecycles with infrastructure expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for cohesive service delivery. Required Skills & Experience
Over 10 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer, preferably in legal or professional services. Experience managing the full system lifecycle of global infrastructure solutions. Designing infrastructure for multi-tenant, global environments, including cloud and on-premises. Proficiency in LAN administration. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls. Experience with SD-WAN, especially Palo Alto solutions. Familiarity with Cisco technologies, ACI, Catalyst switches, and enterprise routing. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex networking issues. Experience with routing protocols like BGP.
